Featured Member Artist - Erlene E. Flowers

My interest in art started very early in life, and I have been involved in art- creating, designing, organizing exhibits and teaching ever since.

After graduation from a technical high school, I worked as an artist in Michigan. Using this training, I earned my way through College earning a BA, Masters and specialist degrees. I did some graduate studies at Universidad de Mexico. I .subsequently taught high school fine art for 15 years. I love color and work predominately in acrylic and watercolor. Many of my works are spiritually based.

I moved to Lee's Summit, Missouri in 2004. Since then, I have exhibited at several mid western sites, including the, Kansas City Museum, Saint Joseph Museum, and an international Show through Period Gallery in Nebraska, Kemper Museum, Images Gallery, Jazz Museum, and Gifted Hands Gallery . I have work in Chicago, Illinois at Connoisseurs' Collection, Inc., a gallery, that is my representative.
